
Ingredients
- 3 pears, peeled, cored and quartered
- 2 apples, peeled, cored and quartered
- 1 melon, cut into cubes
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- good pinch mixed spice
- good drizzle brandy (optional)
Instructions
- Simply mix together all the ingredients, then divide between 6 large squares of foil and secure into parcels.
- Cook over the cooling coals for about 10–12 minutes.
- Delicious served with a spoon of light crème fraiche.
